How much does a website cost in Scottsdale?
Our Scottsdale builds are $2,499 or $4,999 as a one time cost, depending on size. $2,499 covers roughly five custom pages with on page SEO, lead capture and analytics. $4,999 covers roughly fifteen pages with a CMS, full schema and integrations, and it is the option most businesses pick. Ecommerce is $4,999. There is no monthly fee attached to the build itself, and no charge for pages you did not ask for.
Can I get the build for free?
Yes. If you take six months of SEO or AEO with us, the build is free, which is a $2,499 to $4,999 saving. If you already have a site, the redesign is free on the same terms. Either way the site is yours to keep. That offer exists because a new site and the work that makes it rank belong together, and splitting them across two vendors is how most projects stall.
How long does a Scottsdale website build take?
Most builds run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch. A five page site is usually closer to four, a fifteen page site with a CMS and integrations is closer to eight. The thing that moves the date is almost always content and approvals on your side, not development on ours, so we tell you up front exactly what we need and when.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
You own it. The site, the code, the domain and the accounts are yours, including when the build was free as part of an SEO or AEO agreement. We do not hold sites hostage and we do not charge a release fee. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can, and we will hand over access without a fight.
Can you redesign the site I already have?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do in Scottsdale. Plenty of local businesses have a site that looks acceptable but was built on a template, loads slowly on a phone, and has no structured data. We rebuild it properly rather than patching it. If you take six months of SEO or AEO, the redesign is free.
What is the difference between web design and web development?
Design is how the site looks and how someone moves through it. Development is the code underneath that makes it load fast, work on every device, and be readable by search engines. Will a new site rank on Google by itself?
